John Terry is about to make a remarkable return to Chelsea Football Club after a five-years of departing the club.

Terry left Chelsea after Antonio Conte’s team won the Premier League title in 2016/17.

Since the Chelsea icon did not want to play against his former club, he joined Aston Villa, who were then in the England Championship.

After retiring from Aston Villa, he commenced his managerial career as a member of Dean Smith’s team.

Terry, on the other hand, departed Aston Villa in pursuit of a Premier League coaching role.

Now, Terry seemed to have grasped how difficult it is to lead a top-flight squad, which has contributed to his homecoming to Chelsea.

Joining the ranks of former England teammates Frank Lampard and Wayne Rooney, Terry has focused his attention on a career in the Championship.

Terry is expected to come back to Chelsea as a young development coach rather than as a member of Thomas Tuchel’s staff, according to numerous sources.

Terry’s apartment is close to Chelsea’s training complex, and his new role with the club will permit him to function effectively on his coaching abilities.

Former Chelsea players who are now employed by the club played a significant role in Terry’s comeback.
