Wavy Navy Pooh, a Miami rapper, was killed in an ambushed shooting while driving with two small children, as per the report from the local media.
According to the Miami Herald and WPLG-TV, the 28-year-old rapper, Wavy Navy Pooh, whose actual name was Shandler Beaubien, was parked at a light Friday evening when a vehicle drew up, and someone inside fired shots, which eventually had him killed.
His automobile also had two children, aged 5 and 1, and a mother in it, but no one was injured.
The victim’s identity has not been disclosed by the police, but Quality Control, the rapper’s record label, acknowledged it was him, according to WPLG. There have been no allegations of the vicious act against anyone.
Beaubien’s most popular song is “M.I.A.M.I.” (Murder is a Major Issue). Its video includes pictures of him displaying a firearm, a fabricated murder scene, and police officers attending to realistic shootings.
Beaubien was severely injured after being shot in the leg during a drive-by shooting two years ago, according to the Herald.
