Henry, 44, witnessed United’s 3-1 win against Burnley on Amazon Prime video last night and that stimulated the criticism for Jadon Sancho’s style of play.

Despite his meaningful impact on his team’s second goal, Jadon Sancho was still under Henry’s observation.

Thierry Henry, while commenting on Jadon Sancho’s performance, he said

Those are the types of players you want to watch but he is playing within himself.

When you are in a one-on-one, you should take a player on.

But it was Luke Shaw who was forcing him to take on those one-on-ones. What happened to beating your man on the outside?

They often want to go too much inside. Just beat your man on the outside and be lethal.

He dribbled inside before blasting an effort across the goal, which was deflected into his own net by Clarets defender Ben Mee.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s tap-in secured the victory, although Aaron Lennon was able to rewind the clock and rescue a point for Burnley.

Jadon Sancho earned his 21st appearance for Manchester United following his transfer from Borussia Dortmund for £73 million.
