Trevor Noah has pronounced his intention to sue an hospital and a particular doctor after he was inflicted with a permanent damage due to inappropriate medical care.

According to Noah’s lawsuit, he underwent surgery last year for an unspecified condition, and the accused, the Hospital for Special Surgery and Dr. Riley J. Williams, was lackadaisical in neglecting to treat and care for him in a cautious and professional way.

Noah’s complaint places an emphasis on both the operation and the aftercare, ignoring the fact that the grounds of the lawsuit are obscure.

In terms of follow-up, the lawsuit argues that the defendants failed to discontinue certain prescription medications and that the medications were inappropriate.

According to the lawsuit, the surgery was a catastrophe from start to finish, from the source of the disease to surgery and aftercare.

It continues to state that if Noah had been given full information about the risks, hazards, and alternatives, he would have denied medical care outright.

As a result, the 37-year-old host of “The Daily Show” alleges he has experienced serious personal injury with permanent, severe, and grievous repercussions.

It then goes on to say that his misconduct argument made him sick, sore, lame, and crippled, and that he suffered a loss of enjoyment for life.
